Exchange Policy

At Shabnami, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to exchange an item, we're here to help.

Exchange Eligibility

Items must be exchanged within 14 days of purchase. The product should be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags attached. Exchange requests for damaged or defective items are accepted regardless of condition.

How to Request an Exchange

Contact our customer service team at support@shabnami.com with your order number and a clear description of the issue. Include photos if the item is damaged. Our team will review your request and provide exchange instructions within 2 business days.

Shipping and Costs

We cover return shipping for defective or damaged items. For exchanges due to size or preference, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll ship the replacement at no additional charge.

Exchange Process

After approval, pack the item securely in its original packaging if possible. Use the prepaid shipping label we provide for eligible exchanges. Once received and inspected, your replacement will be dispatched within 5 business days.

What We Cannot Exchange

Items that show signs of wear, washing, or alteration cannot be exchanged. Custom or personalized orders are final sales unless defective. Clearance items may have limited exchange options.
